I gained a lot of experience working with children, learned more about myself. Was put into a leadership role.
What I wish was different
Wish teachers in general got more resources. I was very restricted on lesson plans because I was not given the proper materials, despite requesting them well before the term began.
Advice
Patience is required when working with children, and overall compassion and desire to see them succeed.
