More opportunities to move up, and more feedback from higher up management. Better communication with higher up management and opportunities for pay raises.
Advice
It’s a great place to work as a part time job. Because it is retail you should expect the pay to be less than desirable and the hours to be inconsistent. The environment at this particular location however makes it worth it.

What I liked
Fast-pace environment where you meet lots of people from different places and interact with employees. The rotation system to find what role best suited you was helpful to find what your skills would help the company

Too many employees at times and not enough hours unless you were part of management, and higher hourly wages would motivate employees
Advice
Be open to new roles because in the long run they will help you reach where you want to get in a career whether it’s in retail or something else but the experiences are key
