What I liked

I loved the focus that the management and training team had on training employees extremely effectively, thoroughly, and thoughtfully for the best experience for the customer/guest.

What I wish was different

Honestly nothing!

Advice

I would highly recommend seeking out employment from an employer that has ideals and values that line up very closely with your own. It makes for a much more happy, productive, and enjoyable work environment and experience! It allows you to fully give yourself/commit to your job and feel comfortable fully endorsing and supporting your work.

sales associate

July 2017 • Rockaway Township, NJ

What I liked

All of the girls who work there are really friendly and always willing to help each other out. It was generally fun to work there and the customers were usually pretty great as well. From working there I gained a lot of experience in interpersonal skills.

What I wish was different

I wish that the pay was higher and that the work schedule came out sooner.

Advice

Like with any other job pertaining to customer service you have to have patience and you need to be able to control your emotions so even if you get frustrated with the customer you are still able to work with them.

Brand Marketing Intern

June - August 2019 • Pittsburgh, PA

What I liked

I loved the culture and atmosphere of the company! I was given so many amazing opportunities to learn from cross-functional teams and grow as a young professional. I was lucky enough to ride the American Eagle corporate jet to New York City to coordinate and execute an event that I worked with my team to plan.

What I wish was different

I wish it would've been longer ... just a few months was not enough!!

Advice

Take advantage of every opportunity you are given, both big and small to make an impact!
