What I liked
I had the honor of working for Joe during my internship at Advent in the summer of 2018. He is a genuine guy, a great teacher, and he sets a wonderful example of everything a CEO should be - passionate, driven, kind, caring, patient, dedicated, hardworking. Joe has a way of making everyone feel like an equal part of the team. Even though I was brand new as an intern and only staying for a few weeks, I felt welcomed into the Advent family. Joe has been a fantastic mentor to me and provided an incredible learning experience where I’ve not only strengthened my professional skillset, but also learned a lot about life and personal growth.
