Small company ~ 17 employees so I knew everyone in the office. I created great relationships with not only the interns but the whole company. Also I liked how my work had a direct impact on the company and which directions they will move in the future. The location, right in Pittsburgh, is amazing. Pittsburgh is becoming a hub for developing technologies such as robotics and automation.

Advice
Just know that your work will be very impactful to the company, this will make you work even harder than you would be.
Do not hesitate to go into a new field such as robotics because at ARM, they teach you all you need to know about it within the first two weeks.
