Freedom to move about the shop and learn about all the processes they perform at ADS, while performing your own tasks and duties. The setting was very open and all of the operators were quite personable.
What I wish was different
I wish there was an expanded role for me. I was limited to one task/main objective, and I wish i could have diversified/learned more. A more hands on approach would have been helpful.
Advice
Make friends with the operators and floor associates, they can be of great help in understanding what ADS does and how they do it.
