Being able to lead newer employees through the process. It’s great when the people you train end up leading other crews.
What I wish was different
More local jobs- I was on the road constantly. I really enjoyed the experience and also crossing off states and counties, but it’s nice to be home as well.
Advice
If there’s an opportunity you’re unsure about- do it. If you love it you love it, but if you hate it you’ve learned why.
