I was able to use what I was going to school for in a real world environment. And the people I worked with were very positive, supportive and made the experience as educational and informational as possible.
What I wish was different
I wish they would have gone over some of the machines we used so I could understand what their capabilities are.
Advice
Is was a great experience and I advise others to get out into the world and start gaining experience in their fields because the education doesn’t do you any good unless you can begin to apply it to you careers.

Operations Intern
May - August 2022 • Meadville, PA
What I liked
I loved the environment, everyone was very welcoming and willing to help when needed. The CEO personally assisted interns and there were a lot of group functions with all the interns. I learned a lot and was given a lot of freedom to work on my projects.
What I wish was different
A designated desk for me to work at, I shared a desk with the night shift supervisor.
Advice
Wear comfortable walking shoes, the plant is large and there is a potential for a lot of walking.
