It is an active, challenging and rewarding environment where everyone feels important. They are also very flexible and understanding.
What I wish was different
The company can be disorganized with roles for employees, priorities, and there can be too much work for the number of people here.
Advice
Make sure you are a self starter. They don’t micromanage, so you need to know what needs to be done and do it yourself.

What I liked
I love the fact that it is a small company and I am working with the president of the company with his research projects. Through this I am learning a lot about chemistry and problem solving.
What I wish was different
I wish I would be doing and learning more.
Advice
Always look for things to do even when there is nothing to do. The effort is seen by those who matter most.
