What I liked

The hours are flexible and the job is pretty low stress.

What I wish was different

There are often issues with the payroll department and I've had to call customer service more times than I'd like to straighten that sort of thing out.

Advice

Always keep in mind that you're there for the child; do your best to put on a happy face for them even if you're having a rough day. Your mood has a big impact on them.

What I liked

I liked it because helping students to do homework. And taking them to field trip. I felt like they learned what I have taught them. They have achieved their goals. Making group project makes it fun all together.

What I wish was different

To site with the kids more time to learn. The time was short everyday was like 45 mint only and it was not enough for them to finish their homework, project and sometimes give them activities but do not finish it on time need more more time to finish it. Only problem was the time, needed more time to learn.

Advice

My advice is to learn things do not know. Ask what questions you have in your might . Do not just keep it or ask google. Ask people it might people know better then google that more you ask and learn. Google just technology not going to talk to you but people they do listen to you and understand you more.
