Fantastic coworkers, good pay, and the hours worked around my class schedule. The training is extensive and you are well prepared to start working, you also learn a lot during the first few observational and hands-on shifts!

In this type of job, it's important to be flexible and have a good attitude. There are some difficult parts, especially with behavioral management, but it's very rewarding.

You will be overwhelmed right away but you will learn quickly.
