What I liked
The people! The A&F LDP is a phenomenal learning experience in more ways than one. A&F has an incredibly welcoming culture that fosters an atmosphere that challenges you from day one but ensures you enjoy the experience along the way. The HR team does a great job with training and the mentorship program is incredible - every intern is entirely prepared to succeed in each project they take on and the people and culture that encompasses the experience just make it even better.
What I wish was different
The internship was remote due to COVID so the only aspect of the experience I would want to change was to be in-person full-time but A&F did a great job accommodating the circumstances and developed an opportunity to visit the Home Office.
Advice
Take the time to get to know your team and explore the many functional areas of the A&F organization outside of your own business line. Ask lots of questions!
