About Ab Initio Software

Ab Initio transforms how companies work with data, from data discovery and strategy through implementation and governance.

We build a high performance, general purpose data processing and analysis product suite, and combine it with an incredible level of implementations expertise and support. Our customers are from a wide range of industries, including finance, healthcare, communications, manufacturing, and retail.

Through our college hiring program, we hire for a variety of roles, including software development, technical consulting, and technical writing. Our development stack includes C++/Java/Typescript and React, and we solve challenging technical problems at all levels of the stack, from working on the core of our fault tolerant, highly scalable data processing platform, to designing intuitive UIs for non-technical users.

We also have an 11-week summer internship program for computer science students.
