I had a really great experience at this firm! I received lots of one-on-one attention from Avi and really got a holistic view at what a small to mid-sized accounting firm does. I was trusted with a great deal of tasks covering a wide range of subject areas, and was given freedom to try working things out on my own but also supported when I needed help. The schedule is super flexible which was great since it's hard to tell how a semester will develop.

Be prepared to be flexible! Since client work does not come in on a steady schedule, the hours may vary greatly from week to week.
