I really developed as a leader, as well as continued to grow as a team member. I had an impact on the incoming class, which was incredibly powerful and rewarding. I made some life long friends as well.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could reapply and do it for more than just one summer!
Advice
Go into the experience open minded, and don't be afraid to be vulnerable with your fellow SOSers. Don't be afraid to make connections with your supervisors as well. Everyone in the office is great!
