Fantastic internship! The coordinators were well-organized, always helpful, and did a great job to foster community between the interns. I loved the trips they took us on and the guest lectures they provided each week.

What I liked about the job that was there were many things that I learned and experienced new skills.
What I wish was different
There wasn't anything I wish would be different I thought everything went smoothly with doing the job throughout.
Advice
One advice would be to use an outlook calendar or other calendars to help set reminders on different jobs that is required for you to do and keep track of depending how many times a week or month they need to get done.

What I liked
The professional connections I have made in this position have been monumentally helpful in terms of career progression, career clarity, and a fantastic example of a healthy work environment and team.
What I wish was different
I understand the limited scope of the research projects I have been part of, but I wish I was able to learn a few more diverse transferrable research skills.
Advice
I suggest anyone looking to pursue an experience like this to make as many professional connections as early on into it as possible as it has been a huge skill that I have learned, especially since it is one that can be transferred to any industry or experience.
