What I liked
TD Ameritrade's company structure made it a joy to work at. Their internship program was really geared to helping me become a more well-rounded young professional. The team I worked with was very helpful, and I learned a lot.

Advice
Be ready to listen. I found it very helpful to always have a pen and paper with me so I could write things down. Everyone is willing to help, so do not be afraid to ask questions!

What I liked
There is a great company culture and during the internship we had plenty of networking opportunities with senior managers and managing directors. This internship developed my communication, presentation, networking skills, and more. It was a very fun internship with many social events and outings.

Ask plenty of questions and take advantage of all the networking opportunities.
