About Staff Electric Company

We have been experts in the electrical industry since 1918. It all started with Charlie Staff, who began his electrical career at the turn of the century in the City of Milwaukee. 100 years later Staff Electric has built upon its electrical construction, technology systems, and engineering to become a company that has over 300 trades people. Paired with these trades people are a solid management and support staff that are experts in electrical construction, low voltage systems, and design/build.

With locations in Milwaukee, Madison, and Racine, Staff Electric Co. employees offer an average of 20 years experience in electrical construction. We specialize in design/build projects that are one of a kind, typically single owner facilities with unique operation requirements. Staff Electric is experienced in the following industries: health care/institutional, assembly, business/financial, education, factory, residential, and storage facilities. Within these markets, our clients are typically general contractors, construction managers, and owners. Eighty percent of our work is received through the ongoing relationships we have fostered as a result of our committed workforce, quality workmanship, integrity, and unrelenting commitment to excellence. Our recent projects have included the Fiserv Forum, Northwestern Mutual Tower, Marquette University residence hall, University of Wisconsin Chemistry building, Hill Farms State Office, and the Foxconn facility.

Technology Intern

May 2016 Menomonee Falls, WI
“At Staff Electric, one of the best aspects of my experience was the laid back approach to allowing interns to engage in whatever field they wanted to pursue. For example, deadlines with my work were always flexible and I could have realigned my role to fit a different purpose at any time if I so pleased. They placed great emphasis on interns obtaining the best experience that they could while still producing quality, timely work.”
