The staff did not treat you like an intern who does menial tasks like fetch coffee. They involved you in staff meetings, and valued our input every step of the way. Your assigned actual jobs that contribute to the company.
What I wish was different
More involvement and one on one training in social media.
Advice
Anywhere you apply to, be persistent after handing in your resume. Call and email regularly if you have to. My office was so busy I had to call several times before I got a call back for an interview.
