I really enjoy my internship with this company mostly because you are exposed to real clients. they trained as a staff and you have the opportunity to try different tasks.

Don't be afraid to ask questions when working on assignments. The staff are more than willing to help.

What I liked

The opportunities to learn about assurance and ability to think on my feet and analyze financial statements for discrepancies with minimal help. I was able to create relevant work papers and review of client data. I got exposure to the technology, biotech, robotics, retail, and banking industries while working with clients.

What I wish was different

I wish I had the opportunity to g to client sites - but I didn’t have a car. I wish I got to work with a variety of people and network.

Advice

Go in positively and eager to learn. The work may be challenging sometimes but ask questions and seem engaged so that your supervisors know you are invested in the learning. Also, network with people even if you think you may not return to the company.
