What I liked
I love the mission and vision behind the center and all the passionate staff members that I worked alongside this summer. The summer was definitely hot but seeing students come in the center and leave with some aspect of their basic needs met is truly rewarding and gratifying. I liked that most of the staff members were students because it helped us relate to the students better and also enhance the space environment.

I wish I could continue my work at FRESH. Unfortunately, as a graduate I could no longer apply for student work.
Advice
I learned that I love working in a team. Team work is effective for introducing new ideas and perspectives to improve any project. I miss being around the vibe of the place and meeting different students. Once you get into career work it's different. Enjoy the contribution of the people.
