The energy and culture are two things that this company thrives. From the very first moment I came into the office, I felt I was part of the team already. Activities outside of the office like "team night" and "Lunch Club" are amazing.
I am an international Business Admin graduate, and being offered this amazing opportunity in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis speaks really well from management.
We have training and develop our professional skills every week.
Another thing that I found amazing is the commitment that Focus GTS has with its mission. Focus GTS is partnered with Operation Underground Railroad, which is an organization that fights against child trafficking. It feels really good to be part of a company that contributes to such a noble cause.
This company has a clear vision of where it is going and it gives me clarity and certainty about the security of my job.
Management gave me the chance to become full-time and I couldn't be happier about where I am right now.
What I wish was different
The company is growing in a fast-paced manner. When I started, there were not so many systems in place and the onboarding was not so organized. Nowadays, I can say that the people that are becoming part of Focus GTS are not having this challenge.
Systems like onboarding have been crafted and updated.
I would say that if you are not ready to hustle and learn, and you are looking for a more chill place to work, then it might not be the best fit for you.
Be ready to listen and take notes, because there are great professionals with a bunch of experience who are ready to train you.
