The work environment is relaxing, but there's a lot to learn! I have been exposed to a variety of different areas, and it has made me more familiar with how teams may work together in developing various projects, while also allowing us a lot of individual freedom.
What I wish was different
Nothing! The people and the work are both interesting and helpful towards gaining work experience.
Advice
Be confident in what you know and your own ability to learn. Programming is largely based on simply knowing where and how to find what to learn for the job. It is easily possible to contribute and incorporate your ideas, as long as you are aware of your own skill areas and what to work on.
