This experience is amazing and I learnt a lot from Bettina Marks. I appreciate the flexibility at work and effective communication. It's exciting to see that we finally create so many beautiful products and design together.

What I liked
Bettina is a really nice boss and she gives me a lot of trust. When dealing with the daily tasks, she will patiently ask my opinion. Anytime when I have questions, she will help me without hesitate. During this internship, I understood the basic operation of social media market, from product design and publishing, to e-commerce store design, publicity and marketing. I learned a lot.
What I wish was different
It would be even better if we could have more members. Some jobs are a little too much work for one person to do.
Advice
Never be afraid to ask questions and be active to learn something new.
