What I liked
The people working there were pleasant, and the work being done was meaningful and fulfilling.
What I wish was different
The building was a military structure, and was given to the ASYMCA since it was not needed by the people on the base - it was windowless, very cold, and overall a difficult space to work in. Being in a different building would have been my only suggestion to make the job better than it was.
Advice
Don't be afraid of admitting your mistakes, and of asking for help! It is not a sign of weakness, but of maturity and a desire to grow.
