I love every piece of my job! I've been there almost 2 years now (started as a freshman), and I am ahead of the game for my career plan.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more time to learn more. I also wish I could work full time all year instead of just during the summer.
Advice
Keep your mind open to new ways or working with these kids. Remember that kids in general learn differently, and let yourself teach differently based on the child's needs, this isn't a "you're in a box" kind of job.
